It happens to all families; children grow up and move away from home. Whether it's just for a week during the summer to go to camp or for years while at college, everyone likes to know they are loved.

I'd recommend using one piece of paper for the whole family. Divide the paper into enough sections for the each family member (half a sheet if their are 4 members because you can use the back). Then let each person write, draw, doodle or decorate.

The recipient of this note will love it - everyone loves to get scribbles from their 3 year old sister.

If they are away for a while you might include pictures as well. Even if you can't get the whole family together for enough time to get a photo done, just grab a camera and take a picture of each member of the family doing whatever they are doing at the moment. :)
